At Our Center, the
Kids Make it Special

The purpose of ZCEC is to provide a protective, nurturing and educational environment for children ages six weeks - 12 years of age. We are committed to the enrichment of children’s lives, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically in an atmosphere that enhances creativity and self-awareness.
